Help! need to change mailing address

So, title says it all. A last minute opportunity came up, what cha gonna do? what is the procedure to change my mailing address?

Go to your CMON Kickstart Pledge Manager page (you should have had an email about it some while back (if not take a look at the KickStarter updates page for Zombicide for more info)) - from there, assuming your package isn't already on the road/seas/in the air to you, you should be able to change your mailing address (or, at least, I can still change mine).

I seem to recall them saying they were locking the addresses in as of beginning of July and printing the shipping labels. There's a "Contact Us" link at the bottom pf the page, I'd try there since someone is likely going to need to manually remove your old printing label from the stack.

thanks for the info/help. I changed info on the pledge manager and found a contact number on one of the emails and it appears that I have everything set. As always CMON was great to deal with. Now back to packing...so fun.

That's what I thought, but if you go to your CKPM page, you'll see that the button to save changes to the shipping address is still clickable!

Yeah, but what I'm saying is that if they've already printed the labels then any changes aren't going to mean much. Better to have a human acknowledge the change, which he did.

Yeah, I know.

However, I would expect that once it gets to the point-of-no-changes, that save changes button will become disabled.

Ergo, if the button's still clickable, they've not printed your label yet.

But that could be an erroneous assumption, I know.

I'm in the same boat, although I have someone who can get my delivery from my house. I won't be able to get back to get it until Labor Day.... so... since it seems it'll come before that.... I will have to live vicariously through all of you.

If things went according to plan, the game should arrive this week and start shipping the next week or two. And you know how often things go "according to plan"

Zombicide Pledge Manager locking in shipping addresses 30 June
If you haven't already done so, please confirm your shipping addresses and correct totals by the 30th of June. What's the rush you say? Aren't we shipping in September?


This is super unofficial in the "don't quote me I will deny everything" kind of way, but it looks like the game will be on the water in the 1st week of July arriving at our warehouse early August.


To ensure a timely roll out, we'll begin printing mailing labels in 2 weeks, so your addresses need to be confirmed. If all goes smoothly, we should have everything shipped out by the 2nd week of August.


This may not happen. There are some uncertainties when it comes to dealing with US Customs, but we're cautiously optimistic!

You can use the shipping label printer of Munbyn brand that is feasible to use and is in your cost too! You can definitely use this product for your printing purposes.
