Hunger games Peacekeeper conversion

Hi, I m trying to make a peacekeeper from "Hunger games" series as in photo, but so far, I m stuck with ideas for parts, they all eventually turned problematic - particulary helmet, torso armour and weapon. Any ideas?

Check them out on line, you can get them dirt cheap from places like miniature market and the like.

Yes I have, but the scale of this minis is small (it appears 28mm) so they don t fit wit the rest of my minis, and I already have Samaritan trooper, I sort of gave up on that conversion, he is way too armoured (w power armour). Thanks anyway, I already have something in in mind...
