Hi, as I see it is being discussed more often: Can Jeor NCU, to be precise his once per game ability, take Jokin's (C) "Brothers in arms" card from the discard pile and omit the attachment restriction (Stormcrow only) and attach the card to ANY Night's Watch unit, for example a Scorpion?
