Hello folx,

here is my second Reaper Mini. I just love the face of this model, but painting it was very stressful because I didn\'t want to ruin it. ;)
This mini is a present for the wife of my best friend, she alway searched for a nice female wood-elf... Now she will get one. :)

Hope you like the mini... Be polite to the lady!!! lol

Crackpot, that\'s brilliant. The face is outstanding, and the brown leathers are as believable as they are stylised. A definite 9.

I gave it a 9. I would say the face is the best part of this mini. Wonderfully painted. The rest is a great paintjob as well. I like the base.

great painting - I love the face, you did an excellent job. Really nice colours, her reddish/audurn hair looks so nice. The green is an interesting colour too - perhaps the highlights could be a bit smoother? I think the bow needs a bit of attention also...all the straps and leather armour on her body look really good, well defined and good attention to detail. And the base is great, very evocative - the kind of bases I always want to create...except I never succeed as you have! The only drawback is that the rim isn\'t quite smooth...whether this is the paint or if you got some glue on it or something, I\'m not sure. It\'s minor, but a smooth im really aids the presentation I think.

The base was not sculped by me. I bought the bases from \"pinselknecht\", you can have a look at his site here: http://www.pinselknecht.de/pk-productions.html
(unfortunately only in german)
The bases are made of resin and are very fine sculpted. :) I am not very good at sculpting and I just want to get good at painting, so... ;)
