Lysene Sellswords, Bosum Interrogate ability

The Interrogate ability states "Each time this unit destroys an enemy with a melee attack...."

Is there a word missing after 'enemy'? Is it a figure, rank or unit?

this is different terminology to whats usually used.

I'm guessing its not a figure as that would probably talk about a 'wound' but you can destroy ranks or units?

Any ideas?
