Hey Frenchkid,

Good stuff!

The cold one is very nicely done, the reds especially. I like the way the purple armor draws your eyes to different spots of the miniature. The base is very bleak and cold looking (which works well)

The purple looks a bit rough and could use a few more layers for transition.

The yellowish color of the cape is too similar to that of your NMM(and a little flat). It becomes more of a focal point than necessary because of the other colors in that area. A layer of more brown may tone that down a bit.

I hope you don\'t think I am being overly critical Frenchkid. I know you, like me, really want to improve in the painting area, I am trying to help, not just critique.

Actually that is exactly the kind of things I\'m looking for. I\'v learned that improving goes a lot faster with the sound advice of others. After spending so much tmes on a mini it somtimes gets hard to see the flaws. So no probleme critic away and don\'t be afraid to do it, thanks for helping me improve :D

Nice miniature French Kid. I agree pretty much with Supervike on the above points and the only thing that I would just point out again would be the cape. If it was a differnt color or didn\'t blend in so much with the armor, I think it would take a lot of focus off it (first thing my eyes were drawn to as it was the dominating color).

Great work!

There is a lot of good work here, nice shading and highlights (although some parts might benefit from one more layer).

If there was one thing that I think might be holding it back is too many colors, too busy! The composition makes it hard for the eye to settle anywhere, and makes it hard to see a clear definition between the mount and rider.

Keep it up, I look forward to seeing more!
