It\'ll probably be a while before I do a WIP. I\'m still working on the same minis I have been for ages. After those four, I will be doing the Justicar for my squad and also three other minis, including two exchange ones.

well i need to do some reading on photos. Everything comes out too bright or too dark, but I thought I\'d post anyway just so you knew I was working on it. So here is the Ram Python that beowulfthehuntersent.

I need to decide now whether or not to attempt NNM for his armor or to just go with the standard metallics.

@Treide. No, they haven\'t but as you posted them about a week ago and yesterday was a bank holiday here (so no post) I wasn\'t expecting them just yet. I was including a mini from the ones you sent in the selection that I will paint, though, whatever it will be.

Cheers Billy - I\'m getting some help from Shawn on his thread on the OSL.

Whoever was painting that space-lizard-man guy - That\'s a lot of surfaces and details to do in NMM! But look forward to seeing more progress :D

The rest of you ; pull your fingers out! ;) :D lol

@DaN - yeah i was thinking it would be difficult to do NMM especially given that it would be my first real attempt. It would also be real easy to get sloppy with the metallics since there is just so much of it there

Took some better pics, removed the first ones since there was pretty minor changes to the mini itself and I didn\'t want to bog slow browsers with multiple pics. The only change to the mini was painting the grey bits at the shoulders, knees and ankles on the back. Didn\'t have much time to paint tonight.

Nice OSL Dan. It gives the figure lots of atmosphere.

Where did the dragon soldier come from Ducoin? He rocks hard.

The engraving on the bottom says 1994 SIMTAC Bob Olley. I looked this information up and oddly enough where I found a picture was one the Kryomec USA site. They had it listed as a Ram Python.

Moving my image to the right place.

This must be the ME OSL. I tried out a little OSL on my model as well. The skulls cast a green glow on rock and the succubus\' cape... loin cloth... thing. Nothing near as ambitious or nice as DaN but similar.

Great looking stuff gang!

Wow D the Ram Pyphon looks great. I cannot wait to see him done. I am looking forward to see how the figure progresses. I passed him on because I did not like the model. However in your hands he found a good home and will look better then I could ever do.

Love the mod job on the dorf, NSA. Toss a coil of rope or a whip on his hip and you have a timely Indiana Dwarf. =)

Nice GS work. Specially like the you covered the medallion thing with more beard. Gives him a timeless look.

Cheers!
