I like to flatter myself and think there are one or two of you interested in what I\'ve been up to.
I have finally done my first NMM. I was forced into it by circumstances.
I also did a fun fully metallic mini.
As always I\'d be thrilled to hear what you have to say.

The orcs look good. The NMM is very good for a first or 5th try!

Not so crazy about the chaos warrior. Metalics are very hard to photograph and look good IMHO. I think that\'s what happened one this one. I\'m sure it\'s nicer in person.

Good work on both of them.

I am definately one of those who is interested in what you have been up to.

You always have such unusual stuff, and I mean that in the highest compliment.

As for your latest stuff....

The orcs are fabulous. This is a perfect example why a limited palette can be so effective. I feel that it takes an unrealistic subject (the orcs) and gives them a real world feel. I am definately going to experiment more with this.

I have a few questions on the chaos warrior....Did you \'paint\' the metallic highlights (such as the glare on his helmet, knee pads etc...) From the back view it looks like the \"glare\" on the gauntlet is painted in silver, but I cannot tell if this is true or not on the front.

Regardless, like I said before, you have a very unique style, and a \"outside\" the norm approach that makes all your stuff very refreshing..

Thanks for sharing, and congratulations on your impending POSTING FREAK status. You have been around a lot longer than most of us, and you deserve some recognition as a valuable asset to CMON....

Yes and No. I did paint the highlights on the helmet, knee pads, shoulders and \"codpiece\" but not the glare you saw from the back of the gauntlet. I wish I had thought of it but I\'m not changing it now
Looking at the photo I think maybe I should tone down the gloss on the red leather glove.

Thanks for the kind words. Expect more elves in the not too distant future. I\'m working on a Special chariot and bolt thrower.
