My picture is not shown in the search results

Hi everyone!

I´ve uploaded a pic today, my first one, woho! Bad thing is: the status is "waiting", so, apparently, it is not shown in the search results (e.g. Fungus the Loon). This is the pic: http://www.coolminiornot.com/271233
So, what can I do ?!
