Well I have managed to get my third Sacred Blade mini completed and this one was a challenge that is for sure. Not because it was technically difficult or a bad scuplt quality.
It was pure and simply because it was not a mini that appeals to me. In fact the quality of the sculpt and cast as well as the level of detail was as usual very good.
I wanted to give this mini a pale skintone working on the assumption that this is not a living organism as such but more a living exterior over a mechanical frame and therefore would not have the usual pinkish full of health look. Very nice Tim, I like the look to the skin, has a deadish feel to it. The metals look nice. I am not sure that those shades of green and purple go together that well. I agree that the sculpt os not the best.

Looks good, its a solid 8 (ish). like the base alot. Not a huge fan of that one in comparison to the other cyborgs, but you\'ve made it look good.

Very nice! But y\'know what it reminds me of? Its face looks like one of the goombas (spelling?) from the old Super Mario Bros film that was released in the 90\'s lol

I didn\'t like the mini at first but the more I look at it the more it grows on me! The paintjob is good but the base is wicked,red and black checks! :flip: I\'d like to see it look a littlt more raw around the cybernetic bits where they meet the skin but that\'s just being finnicky Nice one!

I think you could tell you didn\'t much like the figure due to the paint job on it - but then again, its not one that I like.

Not up to your normal par in my opinion, but a solid paint job none-the-less.

Agree with Drake on the purple/green combo, otherwise a good feel about the paintjob -- nice dead skin tones and kicker base! The metal looks great, too. Solid 8.

The fiure\'s head looks like the Gorn from the original Star Trek series.

Not sure meself. I prefer the winged one Pete did. It was mint! The cyborgs are cool too. Still, new line, steady progress. I just want more of Pete\'s painting (no offence Tim, I just see him as one of the best painters there is).

Yeah, anyways, I think the painting is really good, but I\'m not feeling the sculpt. But knowing that, I still give him an 8. Also, what\'s with the base? Does he come from the Chess Club circle of Hell?
