This is a little mini diorama I've been working on when I had free time this summer. It was going to be an objective marker/spawn point for one of the games at Salute 2012, but plans changed, and it wouldn't work out. So I just did it on my own time, and had a ball with it.
I know its not all nmm and blendytastic, but I'm quite happy with the overall result, especially the layout, and slicing up a section of a larger area to capture on a smaller base. I wasn't really sure how that would work out when I set out, but I think I got the balance of terrain elements, open space, and figures pretty well. It doesn't feel too open, nor too cluttered to me, but I'd be curious to hear opinions in general. Or if not, I'm just happy to share, and hope it might amuse some folks.
Its now going up for auction for the 2012 Frothers charity drive.
