OK... So here\'s the deal...
Let me explain first; we had some stuff to take to the tip (dump or whatever you know it as), and it was all in a trailer round the back of the house...
The drive at the back is quite a steep slope and there\'s also the remains of some scaffolding that used to be something years ago, but I forget what. Also had to use mum\'s car as mine doesn\'t have a tow hitch...
So I parked the car at the top of the slope, handbrake on, just getting out the car...
When I hear this \"Ka-chink\" or something and the car starts rolling backwards down the slope!
Now I\'m halfway out, with the door open
I must\'ve reached to shut the door or something, I forget - probably due to what happened next...
The car rolled back, and the door caught on one the scaffolding poles ... And my hand - crushing it with the weight of the car
Somehow I managed to put a foot on the brake and then drive the car back up to the level ground at the top of the drive...
Suffice to say, my hand hurt like a BITCH for a while, but there SEEMS to be no lasting damage... The same cannot be said for mum\'s car door however
Ok, so in THIS picture, at that angle the damage looks minimal...
But now see if you can see where my HAND was...
OUCH
Sorry mum!
