I thought the 2 comments left on this were unecessarily harsh. I added my own, but it\'s probably not been moderated yet.

What do you guys think? It\'s definately not BT, but I reckon it might make a decent Aspiring chaos champ?

Those comments are incredibly harsh and yeah, it could be a decent model when he paints it. Don\'t see what the big deal is about posting an unpainted mini, I see them all the time.

Grr, how did that first rude comment slip by our overworked Moderators? That kind of snark is wholly uncalled-for and not in the spirit of what CMON is about. The individual who left it clearly should have lurked here for longer before making his opinions known

However... posting unconverted, unpainted minis is asking for a low score. And rightly so. But that score should be given politely.

When I first started lurking around CMoN, I saw many comments like this and started a thread about it, all the responses I got where:

\"Develop a thick skin for it or you will go crazy... so I have thick skin for these types of comments here, as out of place as they may be...\"

This gayrights fella has quite a bit of unpainted stuff up, iv commented on a few, but problem is i don\'t know if they are conversions or not ??? so i just assume they are (im not to \'read up\' on backgrounds and all the different types of marine\'s)

There are kids on this site that are just getting started (Jose) and to have someone comment so harshly could be deeply hurtful to them and dissuade them from what otherwise can be a very positive hobby.

I would have no problem with the moderator being able to simply delete comments such as was left there - free speech?? With the hurtful things being said to possibly a little kid, free speech comes to an end.

I deleted that comment...usually I monitor them for extreme rudeness and curse words...that one slipped by.

Feel free to PM me with any comments that are questionable...me and the Mod team do well over 200 of these a day, and there is a margin of error.

I have noticed a couple new users (that I assume migrated from the defunct GW boards) that are very rude and brainless. I\'m not usually a hard-ass moderator but I have thought about banning these little wankers. Please let me know if it keeps up.

@E77 - Yea, I\'m not saying people shudnt EXPECT this sort of thing on a public site, but it was just one of thimes when I felt for the poor guy having ONLY those 2, overly harsh comments.

Totally agree with this sentiment Coolmini has a good reputation for helpfulness to newcomers. There are some really harsh and thoughless commentators. Please remember that at the other end of the wire is a Human Being
