Hi all, I thought that I would post my latest WIP although it is quite clost to cmpletion with only a few minor details left to paint and a couple of tweaks here and there left to do to the mini itself. I have had this mini lying around for a while now and thought it about time to paint it.

It is from the Ilyad Games range (I just love their Orcs) and has been a joy to paint so far. I am still unsure how to base it but I am certain that an idea will take shape soon.

that minis really nice well i dont liek the back legs but you have painted it well and your photography is mint

The Gorilla-esque orcs they do are really cool....it seems to fit the \'orcy\' nature of them.

Of course it doesn\'t hurt to see it painting so grandly....:beer:

I don\'t like the bright skin tone myself - although it is very well done. Kive the metallics and the blood and rust etc.

As for the base - with him sprinting like that, how about something where you can see his footprints - like snow or other soft ground

Excellent job on the skin and metallics as always. The leg fur looks a little rough, and the axe handle wrapping looks slightly unfinished (only in some of the pictures, may just be the lighting...). Love the sculpt itself (except maybe the rear leg fur situation looks wierd to me). Keep up the good work, can\'t wait to see more.
