Ork Boy (No 1 Of 6 For My Warband)

Well it is done this is the first Ork boy for my Warband, I intend six of these brutes in all which includes the last one I painted, I eventually intend to have these oainted with a few other Ork models to make a smallish skirmish force and then I might actually play a game of Gorka Morka, I even have one of the old citadel ork Battlewagons to build and paint which I am looking forward too.

Very cool. The blood on the claw has worked well, gives the feeling that he\'s just squished someone\'s head. As always, the metals are excellent

The only thing that I don\'t like so much is the base. I\'m not entirely sure why though. Maybe just a compositional thing. Perhaps because there is a lot of metal on the figure, the base could do with having a more earthy look and texture
