I have recently had a number of e-mails asking me where my gallery has gone and if I am still around.
I thought it was time to explain to those of you who know me.
I should start this tale by describing my origins of getting into the fantasy mini painting hobby.
I was very much into modelling mainly German WW2 armour from an early age about 9 or 10 I think.
My Grandmother bought me the Lord of the Rings book when I was about 12 and from then on I was hooked on fantasy. My best friend was also (unknowingly to me into fantasy and collected and painted minis). I was about twelve when I painted my first fantasy mini. It was an early Citadel Orc. Through the years that followed myself and Shaun painted many minis had several armies and palyed possibly thousands of games.
Sadly Shaun was killed in a motor cycle accident which was made worse because I was ahead of him and didn\'t find out about the accident until two other members of our party caught me and told me he had come off his bike. He died later in hospital from his injuries.
This is a long ramble I know but I am only now coming to terms with it.
To end this tale I removed my pics as a mark of respect to him. He was a big inspiration to me and together we did some solid work.
RIP my friend you will be sadly missed by all that knew you.
