searching the reaper site

Does anyone know a way to search the Reaper site?
They have a search box at the top, but it doesn\'t seem to do anything.
Say I want to see all of their \"of the blade\" women. Is there a way to search \"of the blade\"?
Right now I\'m trying to find out what their blue orhcid assassin is but don\'t feel like sifting through every gallery. I don\'t even know if it\'s dark heaven or warlord.
While it\'s nice to have all of their minis photographed, it would be much more helpful if they were organized in some way other than chronologically based on production.

sure I know it is lengthy, but hopefully it will get you what you are after....;)

I found it easier to just go to the \"store\" selection on the main page, and you will find an \"advanced search\" option there.

Whenever I want to find something in the reaper line, I got to www.discounthobby.com and use their search engine, as it is far superior to Reaper\'s (ie: it works). Also, their store is often updated with new releases before Reaper\'s! :)

You can tell google what site you want to search on by adding the :sitename.com to the end of your query.

For example...
bard site:reapermini.com
or
Castle site:electricocean.com

And that my friends is a good 100th post.

Ahh, yes, this is where I show my Fandom...

The search thing at the top of the main page doesn\'t work. I need to talk to Kit about removing it as it has never worked. I don\'t know why he doesn\'t remove it.

From the Reaper Home Page go to Models.

From Models go to Gallery.

At this point you\'ll have a listing of different Galleries. At the top you have \"Search Site.\" Below that you have \"Painting Contest\" and below that you have a white bar for a menu. Below that white bar is yet another \"Search:.\" Use THAT search and you should find what you\'re looking for.

Also, with the online store, take notice in the Boneyard there are two new things. One, the Discontinued minis contain ALL minis that have been discontinued (except limited editions such as Dragon\'s Don\'t Share and the Druid\'s Stone) that you can still order.

The other is The Island of Lost Minis. This wonderful area is for minis that never made it into any of the Reaper lines because they didn\'t fit into the vision. Here you can find things such as the upcoming T-Rex (not yet released but gorgeous), various Egyptian styled minis, fighters, a large gorilla, and a trident-wielding woman.

Also, check my sig... while I need to update it still (as my hd died right afterwards and I haven\'t loaded everything back onto my computer) there is a Reaper Spreadsheet that lists ALL the minis that were released up until about August of this year. As I said, it needs updating.

It\'s in Excel spreadsheet format, and the greyed out items are discontinued. CAV and paints are also included on this sheet. It makes it a lot easier to find which numbers go to what item you\'re looking for, making them easier to locate in the gallery or store.

Someone at Reaper is doing something right. I found the search doesn\'t just look at the name either. For example, if you enter \"archer\" you get just about everyone with a bow. Same for \"mace.\" Probably many others, what fun!
When I get home I will have to look at your spreadsheet Ar. I don\'t have excel at work.

Yeah, Kit, the one and only single most hardworking webmaster (and the only webmaster) for Reaper has just recently overhauled the Reaper site. Anne is getting some helpful articles up, more pics are being shot, and Kit is doing everything he can think of to make certain at least one of the search engines is working.

We all tend to forget that top search engine even exists at all. lol

Sorry, no, I don\'t actually work for Reaper, I\'m just the resident FanGirl. :innocent:

I noticed you mentioned a upcoming, but not yet released T-Rex, but I cound\'t find it. I have a soft spot for dinosaurs (and mammoths,warriors, wizards,gorillas,skeletons,war machines,all things lead,all things pewter..)

but anywho....

Could you point me directly to a photo of that T-Rex, I couldn\'t DIG him up...lol

1) The Island of Lost Minis are things that were originally commissioned but didn\'t fit into the scheme of ideas the higher ups at Reaper had in mind, thus these poor little rejects have made it to the Island to still be sold and available, although there is nothing to any of these minis to connect them to DHL or Warlord.

2) One T-Rex coming up. The link is HERE. This is also a link into the Reaper Forums. Yes, I have over 3K posts there, that\'s why my post count here is so low, as Zaphod can attest. :p

Funny thing, Ed, the Main Guy At Reaper, actually posted this little beauty HERE !! lol

I have a pewter T Rex made by Ral Partha (sculpted by Jeff Wilhelm) that looks very similar, but I think I will steal Ed\'s paint scheme!!!lol
