For any who may have missed this announcement and are local to the Seattle Area: (From Card Kingdom's Event Calendar)
Meg Maples, ReaperCon Gold Medalist and Staff Painter at Privateer Press, will be at Card Kingdom on August 20th and August 21st. She will be doing a Q&A session from 10AM to 2PM. Allowing people to ask questions, see her work and overall, pick her brain for brief painting information.
From 3PM to 9PM, she will be holding hands-on painting classes. She will be teaching how to paint a Display Model from start to finish, including any cool tips and tricks including proper shading, scenic basing, etc.
This class will continue on Sunday from 12PM to 6PM.
The class will be $75 dollars (Price includes a 12-hour painting class AND a Warmachine Fiona the Black Mercenaries warcaster model.)
Everything else must be supplied by you. We will have everything (brushes, paints, palettes, etc.) readily available for purchase.
