Separated at birth?

Umm, what, GW owns the rights to all figures on foot standing with two fingers raised?

@Angus -

Pancakes are nice, but a good waffle is worth it - especially with a good syrup.

Hmm yes very similar. Humanish upright two fingers raised holding a sword. Still I like both minis so thanx for the pics.

I just wanted to point it out...

The pose is reversed, but the same, the same two-fingered sign, the same billowing cloak.. It\'s like an evil Valten. You can\'t honestly deny the similiarities.

Umm, dude, thats been a right common pose for years - lower the two fingers and have him pointing and thats damn near every command figure I\'ve seen - billowing cloak and all.

lol lol lol

Evil Valten my arse... he has two fingers and a cloak. Big whoop. So do many other minis. Everything else about the mini is completely different :duh:

To add the controversy.. why if the GW mini had come aftwerwards...! ;)

I don\'t think they are that similar, but more similar then some minis some people claimed were ripped by GW.. :) So give him a break.

I own both but only bought the GW one from a collectors perspective. The Andrea \"Beelphegor the Soul Reaper\" is a far better model.

Simply put, they DO in fact look alike, and even Andrea did put out theirs first, I would make a point. This thread was mainly to see if others agreed, and obviously they don\'t...

As for the Arthas likeness :rolleyes:
