Aye Liz, \'tis some sort of gay-looking comet tattoo (I would\'ve attempted to get rid of it pre-undercoat, but it\'s such a nice figure otherwise...)

And SO FAR, NMM is going quite well (Jinx me and die :flame: )

This is also one of the quicker figures I\'ve done Or at least he seems to be.

(My quickest so far being a culexus assassin (WITH OSL!))

The pic is pretty dark, but that neck armour does look very nice... that was the bit I enjoyed most on my priest too. Can\'t really tell on the thigh armour to be honest, but that line seems a bit off. The NMM on his cloak looks nice too. This should be very impressive once it\'s finished, all shiny :D

Yes - I might just start those thigh pad bits over...
ANYWAY - I was aiming for a bronze/copper colour for the \"Sigmar\" on the shoulder pad - it looks slightly more brown in the pic but it probably needs more orange & yellow... ?

But seriously the NMM around the neck is ace, and I agree the thigh stuff needs a little more blendage, but fine work all around, though it is not quite as sweet as my run on sentence here.

Almost finished the main body - still got the arms and hammer to do...

Anyone see any spot that need work?

Looking good. I\'d add another highlight to the face, maybe a little more harsh, and definitely bring up the lighting on \"Sigmar\". Maybe not white spots, but certainly light spots as you\'ve done on the comets. It looks way to flat at the moment.

Bump... I has been busy, but I shall post some more progress tomorrow - hammer is attach-ed, so it is official now Larre :p :cool:

Think I\'ll have to GS some small gaps on the wrists.

Hammer and arms NMM still to do.

Is the fella wearing gloves? Looks to me like he is.

Also - I still cant make up my mind what colour to paint that prayer book thing on his waist...

I think the gold edging on the book is good, but the hammer still needs work...

Any NMM masters care to give tips?
I keep hearing \"Push the contrast\", but it\'s not a very good tip IMO lol

EDIT: Cheers for all the support so far guys, I\'m really pleased with him so far...

But the reason I use the WIP forums is to get help :D lol if anyone has any tips for the NMM on the hammer head please leave them!! :cool:
