i like the sculpt, it\'s very plain but cool. although his forehead does look a little prominent as if he has hydrocephalus (especially in the last pic)!

Yep I agree! Cool miniature and nicely done! To improve to your next job maybe some more details like shifts of hues in the skin and perhaps a slight stubble effect or similar. But the paintjob is stellar as it is.
