Post a miniature that won Gold in the named category that you believe is better than ANY Gold to have won anywhere else in the world. I will kick it off with Battle Scene, next person can choose whichever category:

Those are very nice indeed. It\'s too late in the day for me to go searching all the pics so I\'ll let others decide.

This is the second time I\'ve posted this reply, it seems the other one got lost. Maybe me ans Starks posted at the same time and mine failed to get through.

40K single. Thomas David. He also got best of show with it at Ravage in Paris. Must admit, its a real beaut in real life.

For sure, Matty! I don\'t think there are many single 40k minis that can even compete with that figure, except maybe Silphid\'s \"Graviax\" from this year\'s GD and a few other Euro entries.

EDIT: Ehh yeah Matty I have to agree with Lore, despite actually agreeing with you that is the best 40k single mini at a GD..

EDIT2: Lore deleted his post..?

EDIT3: There it is :D

EDIT4: Nevermind, it\'s gone again!

Gold 40k single - David Rodriguez.

The realism, the movement, the atmosphere is simply out of this world. Definitely my favorite.

Yay, first post.

EDIT: Haha sorry, it just took me forever to upload the picture. Hope it works now. :)

Yeah, pretty much my favorite too :)! The only thing that I found a bit strange was that the bruise marks around the whip cuts on her bottom are a bit too hot pink for my taste. But other than that, it\'s a marvel! Can\'t wait to get my hands on the second version that\'s being cast :).

@Einion : ;). As far as I know, Allan hasn\'t posted any \"official\" pics of his demonette. I\'ll have to ask him next time I see him about that. It may be because it\'s published in a book on painting miniatures (co-written by a dozen painters like Jérémie, JAG, Thomas David, Manumilitari, ...) and a lot of minis in there were planned to be first shown in the book. BtW, the book will be published in english around February 2008.

@matty1001 : 2 more months to wait ;).

@matty.

yeah its beyond mere words, especially since its in my store window. ah I love this small fact.(I don\'t like the fact im too short to see all of it. damn!) ah, well store bragging rights aside, this one would be the best gd entry ever, although i have only seen 2 GD\'s ever.
