Tiny Pens in Japan

Wired Magazine does a \'Japanese Schoolgirl Watch\' of hot consumer/cultural stuff among Japanese, well, schoolgirls, and the one in the most recent issue is about very tiny pens. I\'m wondering if they\'d work for freehand.

The first was a Pilot pen in 1994 with a diameter of .3 mm. Now Mitsubishi has released the Uni-Ball Signo with a diameter of .18 mm, which use a special friction-reducting ink, and comes in 8 colours.

Probably would, depending on the type of ink they use. I know I and many other people have used Japanese tech pens.

Oh man, laughing my butt off! Honestly, I really didn\'t think about the really very likely misreadings of the title when I typed it.

I am not going to answer that question for fear of digging myself deeper into a hole. :D

As for the tech pens, I just pick them up wherever they sell art and/or drafting supplies. In my case, it\'s the UW bookstore. Not sure what the diameter on the pens I have are though.

Besides, my La Blue Girl is on DVD, not manga. (I\'m NOT the one who bought it!)
