Toy Store Dragon

I was in a toy store this weekend, and as usual I went to look over the medieval toys. There are some very nice figures out. There\'s a line by Papo which I would not recommend to this group for repainting or display, but would be decent for kids to play with. (Schleich makes stuff I would consider buying to repaint - or heck, if I were rich just to collect!).

Anyway, Papo has one new offering I was rather impressed with.
This Dragon:

I didn\'t have anything to measure with, but it stands I\'d guess 3-4 inches (8-10cm) tall. It\'s a good scale for our minis and it\'s a well-constructed dragon. The 2 heads are melded quite well with the body. It\'s tabletop quality from the store (with fire backwards) but could repaint nicely I think.

The on-line store where I got the pic above is selling it for $20, but I\'m pretty sure the local store had it for less.

No. I didn\'t buy it.
I\'m trying to stick to my \"no buying minis until you\'ve painted the ones you\'ve got\" rule.
I\'m just not very sticky. As I bought Alejandra for the comp (which it isn\'t looking like I\'ll finish) I couldn\'t just get one thing from the CMON store, then there\'s the mini I got in the mini exchange which would be great with a diorama so I had to buy the appropriate accompanying minis, then Shinjukin had some great stuff up on ebay....

Considering I have finished only a couple of minis this year I\'m pretty far behind.

No your not, it just seems that way! lol

Don\'t worry, most of us try to follow that rule but end up doing what you do.
