Greetings, beings!
After long time of contemplation on how to best do this, I decided to discontinue individual posts on interesting tutorials I have done and put everything in one thread in the future. (This one
)
In checking my logs, I saw that about half the visitors on my site are from Coolminiornot - so I think there is definitely some interest there. If you are not interested, putting everything in one thread makes it easier for you to ignore me
I will update this table, everytime I add new tutorials (at least 1 video tutorial per week, plus photo step-by-steps, WIPs etc). The newest item will always be marked with *new* and also be introduced in the thread. I hope you find this format helpful. Its the best I could come up with. I do this kind of stuff full-time now, so I think there will be a very nice collection of tutorials etc very soon.
I know, some people do not like people promoting their blogs here - but, lets face it - the information IS on my blog and I think its well worth sharing
Therefore, if you REALLY hate blogs and would never subscribe to one all you have to do is follow the thread and you be golden
If you love blogs and embrace them wholeheartedly, you may even consider subscribing! If you hate blogs, forums and miniatures in general, go away.
BTW: If you have requests for video or photo tutorials - if there is anything about miniature painting you like to know - leave your questions here or preferably on my blog. I pick questions for answer every week.
Anywho, here we go:
Building & Converting Tipps & Tricks
- Tutorial Tuesday #1 - Mold casting your own resin copies (video tutorial) *new*
- Make your own friggin awesome banners (photo tutorial)
Painting Miniatures
- Finding your color scheme (photo tutorial)
- How to correct painting mistakes (photo tutorial)
Masterclass Tipps & Tricks
- How to check your miniature for contrast (photo tutorial)
- Absolutely smooth blendings with the new Citadel Colors (photo tutorial)
Besides the tutorials you will find painting competition announcements as well as event coverage (Games Days G/UK/FR, Hussar, Scale Model Challenge, Mont San Salvino). Plus I do have giveaways
Let me know what you think!
