Using the new Contrast Paints on Free Folks Raiders (and some sneaky SE-NMM) ;-)

Last night in my YouTube Live session I tried out the Contrast paints for the first time.

The goal was to see if I could work with them as I normally would with the Green Stuff World Intensity inks or the Reaper liner and clear paints. I chose a unit of Free Folk Raiders, because the previous unit had been painted entirely in oils. I thought that i might be able to use these as ultra fast drying oils, and it kinda worked out that way! Here's a link: https://youtu.be/Rs44gJ9O-2s

Nice work, it shows with some effort they can be much smoother looking than some of the other videos I have seen (where they used it like GW said "one thick coat"). But honestly, what really stands out for me is that helmet and chest plate for the those two in the second picture - that is some really nice NMM.

Thanks so much! I will be doing another live session where I work on the rest of the crossbowmen. All of my Lannister units are being done in the SE-NMM style, which has been a blast!
