The trouble with WarSeer is the fact that there are so many GW employees doing exactly what they did to Portent. Spreading Dis-information and spurious rumours.

I hate Warseer. Its like every GW fanboi on the face of the Earth was genetically screened to find the pure essence of GWfanboi-dom (which is what Kirby was on about in his speech thingy) and then had is pressed out of them by a giant Space Marine mould, filtered for any particles of other companies (God forbid that there might be another company that makes tiny metal soldiers and that they might be better quality and half the price) and then injected with a large dose of rudeness and elitism and finally put in a machine which turns this horrific soup into digital code and then placed on the internet.

Maybe its because the folk here are so friendly, or maybe its because the Mods there, \"The Warseer Inquisition\" are just that, an Inquisition (Torquemada
has nothing on those guys)! The fact that if you so much as mention politics the thread is whisked away to a special area where you have to pay for the privelege of viewing despite the fact you started the thread and along with half the posters in it can no longer access it, doesnt help much either.

Indeed! Long live CMON! Birthplace of rebellion, bastion of free speech, residence of the contentious, boisterous, and crude mini painters of the world.

see your reality fan boy, \"pop\" now it\'s burst.

there are some cool people on there, you just have to wade through the arseholes to find them.

I paint minis as much as I play warhammer (not as much as I like).

I like CMON as a place to come and chat about shite and have a \'proper\' painting conversation about Flow-improver and such...Everyone here is MUCH more entertaining and less Tw@-ish.

I like Warseer because I can go and indulge my dark argumentative side. Argue about the composition of armies and have a look at the \'new\' GW releases. It is cheaper than White Shite.....um Dwarf.

That, and I can\'t get onto CMON at work, but I can get on Warseer:(

Funnily enough I am Donga666 on Warseer too :drunk:

isnt that Frothers? lol

That\'s a good call. CMoN is like unto a sensible great uncle in that we end up agreeing to disagree, pull on our slippers and light up a pipe after a bit of verbal sparring, whereas Frothers is like the rebellious family member who just says \'piss off and don\'t come back!\' and would probably start a fight at a family wedding lol

Bless Frothers, the Wild West of forums
