Where can I find a ladder?

GW has a OOP set called \"siege attackers\", that had ladders in it.

In fact here is one listed on E-bay...

no pics, but they are in your neck of the woods....

Actually, it\'s much more expensive:

http://store.us.games-workshop.com/storefront/store.us?WCI=Menu&WCE=Search&Query=Siege+Ladders+&System=&Image1.x=57&Image1.y=11
$3 per ladder plus shipping. Six ladders would be $18 + 7 =$25.

Of course as I only need 2, it would just be $13.

pretty steep for a couple of ladders.

In which case, why not just make our own out of balsa wood?
Cutting down some of those lolly sticks (or, since i want to appear all international, popsicle sticks) that they seel in craft shops should be pretty good, since they maintain a bit of grain (what little you can see on such small pieces anyway).
Add some nails if desired from green stuff, micro rod, blobs of glue, whatever.
For only two it shouldn\'t be too tedious...

I\'ve made some out of balsa and toothpicks for the cross pieces, wasn\'t hard at all. Just have a bit of the toothpick stick out on the side for that classic wooden ladder look. Score the wood a wee bit for stronger wood grain look and there ya go.
