Anorexia, bulimia, and body dysmorphic disorders are very serious health problems.

These folks will look in a mirror and think that they are fat. They need intensive psychiatric/psychologic care.

I remember seeing a woman with anorexia in her 40s who weighed less than 50 pounds and she had to be force-fed because she refused to eat. These patients sometimes die.

Hopefully this Olsen twin is getting help.
