Why You Should Never Buy From Simple Miniatures:

The only simple part about the \"transaction\" was when I ticked off miniatures for the order form. I never received the models or a refund, despite a phone call and a series of e-mails.

I saw the hasslefree thread and realised I should update on my \"situation\".

I have problems with them too;

sending me the wrong miniatures with a little note on the order WITHOUT asking.

Forgetting to send some miniatures then after a number of e-mails never getting anything and finally giving up.

Use at your own risk. :(

Oh, I ordered a bunch of rackham stuff during the rackham sale madness when they were pulling the metal lines.

Let me add in my distaste for CCG armory. I ordered an item from them along with a mini. I recived the mini, but not the book. I asked for a partail refund on the shiiping and the item. It took 5 e-mails and me pulling my payment for them to refund for the book, but they still charges me 10 bucks to ship a single figure.

I was just planning to put in an order with them? But yea... I\'m having the same problem with them not replying my msgs... That is generally one thing i require them to do before I actually bother putting in an order to them...

Does anyone know any good places to get Rackham miniature minis online?

how did you pay????

Most credit cards and paypal do offer online protectio as long as you can prove items hae been ordered .... the banks the cotact the buisness ad if there is no reply or something similar to what you experience the unds are refunded..

this is generally enough to pull most places fingers out of their butts...
my stuff during the rackham sale took about 10 weeks or so to arrive but it was all correct ad at that time I uderstood some delay but man yours has been outstanding for a long time....

do you wat us to call dow there and stad on their toes....

If anyone is in the area of Simple Miniatures, feel free to inquire on their completely unprofessional international (and apparently, national) service. :p
I\'m done with SM or trying to contact them..

I\'m definitely in the minority, then. I ordered from Simple Minis some time ago, when they had their Rackham sale. Paid via Paypal, they notified me of shipping, and bam, arrived here in Sydney exactly 3 weeks to the day I ordered, as expected.

I was actually contemplating ordering from them again!

K, either your \'n\' key isn\'t working, or you have a virus. And by virus, I mean cold. Your post reads like you have a sinus problem. lol

While were at it, e-minis in spain have a great range, and good service, (except when ordering gamezone stuff, who seem slow to suply them)
Speaking of problems, the CMON shop could do with a brush up on service, sending incomplete orders seems to be habitual practice, although probably not the immediate fault of Borg, who seems to do a good job of sorting out packing mistakes.

Never had problems with SMG myself, but I have been taught that it\'s not worth letting people on here know, if you have bad service, to warn them. My Miniature mentor complaint thread showed me that.

e-Minis doesn\'t just have problems supplying Gamezone stuff, they\'re pretty far behind on Pegaso and Andreas figs, too. I had an order go quite badly wrong for those figs, and after some backwards and forwards, they revealed that they only had a very limited selection of suppliers in Spain for those figs.

Still, e-Minis does good work most of the time.
