The purple tabard looks very good with good blending, but you might want to smoothen the highlights on the folds in the corset type thing as they look a bit rougher, at least in the photo.
No, this is the Ltd Edition one that was (and prob still is) available from Direct Sales only. I don\'t actually have a SM army any more, just bought it to paint for fun and then sell on really. Both techie models are really nice tho.
Here\'s something I have been doing over the weekend. Still a way to go - more to do on the face, hair and weapons. Some filling to take care of, and I may sculpt a corset onto her.....
Here\'s one I\'m working on at the moment! There\'s still plenty of work left on it and I really need to figure out how I\'m supposed to do to get a decent pic of it. That staff seems to be impossible to get in focus, unless I want to get only the staff in focus, of course. Does anyone have any good advice in this matter?
@Eric: Thankyou!
@Anders: That\'s looking superb - as usual!
What is the smallest aperture on your camera Anders? You\'ll probably need at least f16, maybe f22.
My advice? Buy a digital SLR - they stop down to about f32!
I think my camera can go to f/17 something. Buying a new one is no option at the moment, so I\'ll guess I have to experiment and push my camera to its limit on this one.
am i to assume its all good then? *wishful thinking*
anywho. as for the base: snow, maybe some tiger (or whatever they are) tracks infront of him.
EDIT! sabretusks! thats what they are. anywho...yeah? now. next question. how do i make snow?
Ok guys, here\'s my first mini that I\'m in the process of painting. Wanted to get some feedback before I continued to see how \"realistic\" it looks and to see if there are things I can improve on.
