Im new to cmon and this is my first post here in the forum, i wanted to know what you think about my second conversion:

Its a Reaper Warlords Orc Champ, I thought that his wepon was a bit too small so i made a bigger one from plasticsheet.

Ok, here is my 3rd model (out of 5) for my Spartan\'s Last Stand diorama. It is taking me a very long time to finish this diorama but hopefully it will be worth it. Any suggestions would be appreciated (I\'m not done yet, so anything black hasn\'t been worked on yet). Thanks,

this is as far as I have got with my coteaz since last post (I am painting really slow at the moment) I am after a bit of advice about it?
1. Does the cloak colour look good, I dont like it really but its the 2nd repaint of the cloak.
2. Any ideas on the possible colour of the hammer?

I like the style of your work. Im looking forward to see the finished dio. What sice are they by the way?

Looks quite good till now, I think the coat could benefit from a small highlight to make it pop out more. In case of the hammer , hmm, i would say go for some steel nmm like you did on the chains, but with a hint (more?) of blue in it.
Oh, and i like to know the colors you used for the armour, esp. the base color cause im trying to do some gold nmm at the moment and wasnt very sucessful with it yet, thanks.

Two of three minis i bought off Tab... id just like to thank Tab for making these minis available to me! THANK YOU TAB!... id also like to thank Airhead.... he sedgested a paint scheme for the troll and told me how to do NMM... i dont think the NMM turned out all that great on the troll but it suits it and looks good... withought Airhead the troll would not look the same.... .the shark still needs his nails done the rope done and the jelly thing done (and the base of course).... as for the troll the ring colour will be switched to match the axe... the chainmail needs to be finished teeth eyes nails.... things like that!

@NWMP: Coteaz looks great so far. The armour is gorgeous, though I would have complemented it with a darker green.
@Wolf_Fang: Nice shark-man! I would add some whiter highlights on the upwards-facing surfaces of his body to emphasize the light.
OK, more on my mini exchange effort, aka What have I got myself into?!:
For some insanereason, i decided to do the gold on his outfit in NMM... my first substantial NMM ever
But I am despairing that I will have the patience to finish at all, let alone by the end of the month! There\'s just so much and it\'s so tiny! (So far I\'ve painted with my Dark Flesh/yellow base coat, then shaded with Dark Flesh and Chestnut ink. I\'m starting to paint straight yellow on the protruding bits now.)

LOL, that\'s not freehand on the borders of his robe, that\'s sculpted on. The fine detail on this model is mind-boggling.
My main problem is that some of the sculpted detail is so fine, my hand isn\'t steady enough to paint highlights on the raised bits without filling in the shaded recesses. The borders around the gems, and some of that detail on the cloak edges are examples of this.

What, this insane stuff is sculpted !!!!??? I also though it was a freehand. It is a resin mini i guess from Ilyad Games (a french company), right? I thought about ordering one of them too, but now i think i have to make a little progress in my painting first ;-)
Tried to find a link to their website but i failed. Here in germany you can get it through multiple online stores...

It\'s a caracter from a french comique \'les chroniques de la lune noir\', an empror from a powerfull kindome to put it simply
And the comany it\'s made from is illyade games, go check out the thread in general discussion to see how to get some of them And great job on it so far NSA, especially the purple. one of my hated colors at the moment

@AZoutlaw - I don\'t think they have a website, I tried to find one but no luck...
@frenchkid - purple is annoying. I think I posted this before but I shaded with purple/black and highlighted with purple/bleached bone.

ok so ive started an attempt at NMM. so far it look ok. more layers are needed and junk. comments and stuff most appreciated. skin isnt done and all that junk. anywho here is the pic.
