You're Doing It Wrong... Handed.

I was going to make this a contest, but decided that since it's just for fun and we likely won't be posting to galleries I would just make this an open WIP thread anyone can join and post to.

The basic concept is to have a little fun painting minis with our wrong hands. We are all so good at it normally how hard could it be to do it with our wrong hands?

I am going to start with a spacemarine because I think it will be easier to paint something familiar to me with my wrong hand. I prepped this guy normally because I almost cut myself 4 times in 5 minutes trying to prep him with my wrong hand From this point on I will switch to my wrong hand for priming with the AB and all the painting!

Sounds like fun, but I feel like I have an advantage since I'm left handed...I don't paint with the 'right hand' anyway

To be fair, I think we should post side by side shots of the 'roughly' same mini with our good hamd

This is a fantastic idea I could do with a break for a quick project.

Wow its a real eye opener painting with my left hand, ive ended up holding the brush still and moving the mini in my right hand lol

Alright chums, here we go. I would say prepare to laugh but I don't see a difference from my normal painting abilities yet so...
I chose a ganger from House Goliath in Necromunda, and since a lot of the fun in that game was creating your gangers and giving them names I shall call him Sloppy Joe.

Finished! real fun project, really boosts your painting mojo with a quick no pressure paint. I recommend to anyone who is low on insperation (with either hand lol)

Glad you had fun! That came out really well too I started on mine yesterday. Got the lenses done and and made a botch attempt at gold nnm (which i can barely do with my regular hand) on the chest eagle

I'll be throwing up another just for fun thread later in the year... This one will be a three color challenge where you grab 3 paints (plus back and white to control hue) at random - blindfolded or whatever - from your pile and use them to paint a figure.
