For some reason, he's called "Skeleton Warrior" in the Reaper catalog, but give me a break. This guy is a bonafide LICH, baby. Anyway, non-metal metal everywhere, some gratutious freehand on the cloak. The writing in the scroll reads 死ぬ (shinu), which means "to die" in Japanese.
