GW High Elf Dragon Prince

I've just returned to mini painting after a break of about 10-15 years. A lot of new techniques around it seems and a lot of nicely painted mini's out there. This is my first recent attempt so please let me know what you think. I want to improve to above tabletop standard so any hints and tips would be appreciated, Cheers guys.
