I would recommend working more on painting instead of experimenting with basing or other techniques, assuming you would like to get higher ratings here. Your figure has no shading or highlighting. The colors are all very flat and do not enhance the details of the figure. The metallics in particular tend to flatten out the details. Even if you're not interested in learning NMM techniques you may want to try shading your metallics, or at least applying a thinner coat so the mini doesn't lose detail. Hope this helps. :)
