Beautful work here. and I agree with DrEvilMonki, its about judging the mini not the paint job in this case. As far as rules, the only chapter I know of he wouldnt work for is the Black Templars as a Nemesis weapon is a psyker thing and they don't like that:)

Last time I looked this was coolminiornot not coolpaintjob or not. Conversion work is a valid part of our hobby and you have done great work.
