One of the things I enjoy is trying to breathe new life into old minis. This model for instance was sculpted by the Perrys in the early to mid '80s. It does not compare to some of their more recent work. But with a little patience, a good paint job can go a long way towards bringing out the characterfulness of these earlier sculptings.

Excellent job bringing out the details in this old mini. I have a version of this mini where he is wearing the helmet and holding a pole arm. I like your mini better than mine.

The face is great but maybe you have to do something with the armour. It seemes very plain to me
