I say it's a decent Table Top standard.
Tip: try and leave a rim of black were to parts meet eachother. Like were the wood meets the blade, it would a look better if there was a small line of chaos black there, so you can easily seperate the two diffrent materials (so to speak). Another thing is to not have so much paint on the brush. The paint gets a bit thick then, and the surface will look uneven. And don't listen to ExpYouthSLAYER69, few minis are worth 2:s ;)
I would have to say that was being mean.
Some actual constructive criticism. It looks like this is a work in progress. The skin has a nice shade on it but now you need to work up some highlights. Actually you need shading and highlights on all areas of the model. There are some great tutorials on here that will show you a wide variety of highlighting from Drybrushing to Tweening.
