Ok to be honest the picture is so poor that we cannot make out any real detail of either the conversion or the painting. The colour cast is preventing us seeing the real colours, but what seems to be visible here is a slight case of inaccurate brush control between adjoining areas, this seems to most prevalent on the face and arm. The eyes look as if they were just "Dabbed" in and need reworking. If you could get a better picture you might get some more constrictive advice. :D
