That's very clean work, nice colors.
Since you've started so well, It's worth taking time to take them further, with shading, highlights, darklining. Anything to bring out the details, for it seems like it is only basecoat for now. Well, I must insist on how clean they are.
The scheme youve got looks preety good, some close ups of your models to see the detail would help, from this picture i cant tell much, base your minis it will make them look much better. it looks like youve left the black lines which is great makes them look better. try some highlights dont use a clour that is much brighter than what your highlighting read some of the articles here on CMON they are very helpful. For your first minis these are very good :D. i guess the tau empire inspired you to collect tau?
