One of my last finished tyranid army models painted. Always needed to finish painting the rest. And with your comments and suggetion for improvement I may soon get back to work to finish up this long outstanding project.
Too many colours that don't work well togeather... You have : Red, orange, yellow (these goes well togeather), then you have purple, pink (goes well togeather) turquise and green are misplaced... and then bone...
Pick one colour group, don't mix them up that much, if you want the purple and pink, dump the yellow, and specially the turquise... Water down your paints a bit more, and put on a few more layers when blending the colours... Hope it helps a bit.
