Soviet Commissar (Flames of War)
Political officers in the Red Army during WW2 served to both boost morale and enforce Stalin's vision of Communist loyalty among the troops. Answering not to military superiors but to the Party, they were feared and obeyed by Private and Colonel alike. This is a little side project spawned by doing a lot of 15mm Germans for my brother. The clear coat is a bit glossy but I don't care ;)
