Pretty good over all - although you might want to build up the sand on the base so it doesnt look like he's standing on a small hill in the middle of the base.
Again, you show a really nice freehand... Red part of the cloak is really nice shaded, but the white part needs more shading... Important thing about painting white, is never paint it pure white :) paint it gray, then highlight it with lighter and lighter colours (at the end, with white)...
I hate these gloss effects on my figures, when picture-ing, so try to matt figure more.
Skin colour is now really nice... I like the figure, overall...
Just do a little shadows on a white part of the cloak, and it is pure 8 from me... :) otherwise, it is a little easy one :P :) best wishes!
