Nice paintjob, and the base is really nice... More highlight would really help...

I think your lighting / photo work is holding this mini back more than your painting - and a couple of areas look glossy but that could be more lighting issues. A bit more range in the shading on her skirt would help too.

Not a bad paint job, but she's a bit shiney. Try a matte finish. Picture could of been clearer too.
