Here's my take on Wyrd Miniatures' Killjoy! I painted this for Wyrd's GenCon display in Indianapolis in August 06. I have seen several versions of this mini with an undead look so I wanted to take another route. I wanted to make him look like a swollen, festering heap of meat so there's plenty of red and brown (and some green and blue) washes and glazes on this one. Due to lack of time I couldn't make the base I had planned, thus this rather simple one.

Wow, you really know how to capture "gruesome"! This reminds me of a character in a Clive Barker book (Imagica, maybe?) who was a murderous beast that ate razor blades. Still gives me chills...
