Nice painting job. The base is really great and the mini is noce. Metalic parts do not looks as nice as the rest of the mini, especialy regarding light reflection. It is always hard to have a thrue metal nice on a picture. It should be nice to see more view of your mini ;) .
Very well based mini... i've only painted one of these and they are a handful! I think all your choices are good dut generally the you need to go a few highlights more all over, bring out more definition on the creases of the clothing. Your metallics let you down, they look like one layer and ink wash.. to progress treat metallics like any other paint, mix them and make progressive layers.
Hey man good work- great base.. it would be good to see more of a difference between the light and shade on the mini, just to help see it a bit better.. nice one tho
