This is going to be my entry into the Iron Painter II contest hosted by Wyrd. The theme was weathered so I thought this model would be very fitting. With the theme in mind, I added signs of weathering all over the model, ie. the oxidised armour, rust/blood on the base & weapon and worn fabric look on his kilt. Also I went for a skintone that reflects a harsh enviornment he dwells in. Please feel free to leave comments!

the oxidised armour and rusted weapon look great. the base finishes this piece fantasticly (is that a word!) it looks like a pain in the butt to photo tho with the angle of the axe. great job :)
