IMO you have very good taste for composition of colors. I feel the mood of this mini :)
But the skirt looks like painted to fast, and the paint wasn't dry before the next layer? Try painting with thinner paint, and with more layers - more patience!
Lovely job with the lips and eyes. And very nice patterning idea for the dress. There are a lot of colours, but they work well with the sculpt. The top highlights on the pale green look a little streaky, and there could maybe a few more highlights on the hair would look good, particularly in the back view.
