Black Templar Dreadnought

This is my first real GW piece I've painted besides Battle for Macragge pieces that I practiced a bit on. Please give me some comments for some constructive criticism. If you rate me below tabletop quality you could at least tell me why.

Couple things: - Mould lines are showing on the arms and legs, which should be shaved down so it's nice and smooth. - The highlights on the black are a little harsh for my taste. I would either redo them or use some black paint to thin them down. - That model has a lot of black on it. I realize that it's a black templar dreadnought, but I would give him a couple panels of white or red to break up the space. Freehanded symbols and litanies help too. - The base needs a bit more. Try adding some flock or ballast to give it some more texture and break up those big single color areas. - Finally, I would go over the metal areas with a pure silver (boltgun, elven chain, mithril, or whatever) and highlight them to clean it up a bit.
